Terms & Conditions wking9 – Complete Platform Usage Guide

By registering, accessing, or using the wking9 platform in any manner, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the wking9 platform.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (as the user) and wking9 (as the platform operator). This document should be read together with wking9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the platform's regulatory framework.

Wking9 does not charge any processing fees for deposit transactions. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond wking9's control. wking9 is not responsible for any fees or charges levied by such third parties.

Withdrawals at wking9 are processed via the same method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 and the daily maximum withdrawal limit depends on the player's VIP tier.

Withdrawal processing times at wking9 are as follows:

• Standard Member: 1–2 business hours
• Silver Member: 45–60 minutes
• Gold Member: 30–45 minutes
• Platinum & Diamond Members: 15–30 minutes (top priority)

The Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms & Conditions is the governing version. In the event of any conflict between a translation in another language and the Bahasa Malaysia version, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.
